Our Glovebox Guide.
Driver's Eligibility
To keep everyone safe and insured, renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. We accept international licenses, provided they are in English … but don’t worry, we also accept International Driving Permits on the occasion that they are in a different language.
Bookings & Payment
Ready to lock in your adventure? Full payment secures your dates, so you can start planning the fun stuff immediately. Nearing pick up, we’ll place a security deposit hold on your credit card. This is just a standard precaution that gets released after you bring the van back safe and sound.
Changes & Cancellations
Life happens! If your plans shift, just let us know. We try to be as flexible as possible:

15+ days out: Full refund.

8–15 days out: 80% refund.

7 days or less: 50% refund.

Need to reschedule? Tell us at least a week in advance, and we’ll move your dates once for free.
Protection Packages
All our rentals come with standard insurance, but for extra peace of mind, we offer tiered Protection Packages. These allow you to lower your deductible and reduce your financial risk on the road. Whether you’re a "risk-taker" or a "play-it-safe" planner, you can choose the level of coverage that makes you sleep easiest during checkout.
Damage & Care
We love our campers, and we ask that you treat them like part of the family. At pickup, we’ll do a quick walk-around together to note any existing scratches so you aren't responsible for them. If a new "oops" happens on your trip, just let us know... we completely understand!
Accidents & Breakdowns
Our vintage beauties are well-maintained, but if a mechanical gremlin pops up, don’t panic. We cover mechanical repairs to get you rolling again. For non-mechanical hiccups (like locking your keys inside or a dead battery), our roadside assistance plans have your back.
Kilometer Allowance
The road is calling, and we don’t believe in limits. Every rental comes with Unlimited Kilometers. Whether you’re sticking to the Rockies or exploring the badlands, feel free to roam without watching the odometer.
On-board tanks
We hand you the keys with a full fuel tank so you can hit the road instantly. We ask that you bring it back full so it’s ready for the next adventure.
We also provide amenities with grey/black tanks. These are empty when you receive the camper and are expected to be the same when you return.
Smoking
To keep the cozy vibes fresh for everyone, smoking or vaping of any kind is a hard "NO" inside the van. If we detect smoke or lingering odours, a $1,000 deep-cleaning fee will apply. Let's keep the campers enjoyable for all!
Traffic Violations
Rentals sure are fun, but please drive it like you own it! Any parking tickets, speeding fines, or park pass violations are the renter’s responsibility. If a ticket shows up in our mail after you’ve left, we’ll have to charge the fine plus a processing fee to your card.
Furry Friends
Your dog is welcome to join the adventure! We just ask that they stay off the upholstery when muddy/dirty and behave like the goodest boy or girl they are. To keep allergies in check for future guests, we are a dog-only fleet.
Orientation & Handover
Because our vans have classic character, we don’t just toss you the keys. We dive into a brief orientation to show you the quirks, how to set up camp and how to get the most out of your time away. It’s a mini-class to make sure you feel confident and safe before you set off.
Add-Ons
Our vans come stocked with the camping essentials you need for a great trip. But looking for something specific? Just ask! We will do our best to provide everything you need.
Policy Changes
We believe in no surprises. If we ever update our policies, we’ll notify guests with upcoming bookings immediately. For everyone else, the rules listed on our website at the time of booking are the ones that apply to your trip. Simple as that!
